If you are looking to impress a client, your parents or your significant others parental units The York Grill is the place to go.

The cuisine at the York Grill consists of New American Fusion items that will transport your taste bud to a scrumptious side of Sicily that few tourists have been too. Die-hard foodies might roll their eyes at the term 'New American Fusion' but Executive Chef Matt Cresson has produced some deliciously delectable dishes.

I recommend that everyone try the following dishes:

The House Made Gorgonzola-Potato Gnocchi; each bite is a enchanting trip to the kitchens of Italy. It's a light brown, flaky treat that has the boys at Pillsbury scratching their collective heads.

The Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak served with caramelized onions, baby carrots and garlic mashed potatoes. Their perfectly prepared steak is complimented by a secret marinate sauce that has been in the owners family (Tony & Charlie Greco) since they were knee high to an Olive tree.

This restaurant does more that just serve fine cuisine; they accomplish the unthinkable, time travel. The York Grill gives patrons a trip to New York's glorious dinning past where the décor is almost as charming as the staff is and the waiters serve you with a smile (something forgotten in this day and age) and an intimate knowledge of the menu.
